Exclusive Art Page 

Due to the many emails over the last year with requests for exclusive art work, we have decided to occasionally offer a few pieces of work to our clients.  All of these works of art will be original and will have been created using 3D Bryce 5.5, Poser 5 and 6, Vue Infinite 6, and Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite for any post work.  All art works are perfectly executed renders and not work that has been painted over stock photos or other works of art.  These exclusive works have never been offered in any of our regular theme sets nor at our store at 3D Commune.  They have not been purchased for e-book covers or for traditional book jacket covers.  Each piece will be sold to one person/designer as a permanent exclusive and will be removed from our inventory once purchased.  We, of course retain all copyrights to our art work and the rights to use our own work in galleries, shows, online and offline etc...  Each piece of art work is 5.00 but please do not pay without confirmation that the art is available.  Once we receive the email request, we will mark the piece sold and wait 24 hours for payment.  If no payment is received, we will sell the art to the next person who has emailed a request.  Please note the terms of use for our exclusive art work:

Exclusive art work may be used in web design only.  No wallpapers, signature tags to give away or sell, no tubes, clip art, stationary, etc...

In order to maintain exclusivity, no piece of our art work may be used to mass distribute as link ware.  You may use it in purchase ware ONLY.  If you wish to purchase a piece of work for any other reason than to make a web set to sell, please contact us for permission prior to purchase.  Permission for uses other than the no no's above will most likely be granted.

Our copyright notice must be placed somewhere on the art work.  You may use tiny letters with the copyright sign and the initials GB if you like.

All sets made using our exclusive art work must link back to our site at www.oldhippieart.com or www.fairypath.com  Once you sell the set, our copyright notice must remain on the art but your client may remove the linking logo if they prefer.

You may feather, crop to fit, or slightly animate any of our work, but you may not add other graphics, characters, or clip art to the work.  Please remember that our art work is seen by book publishers and others who judge our work for for potential commissions and gallery work.  While we do not wish to limit your creativity, we do want our art work to represent us as artists.

Thumbnails below can be clicked to see a larger sample image.  Sizes will vary but all images have been rendered at a high resolution and we have noted the original size beneath the thumb.

Be sure to check all of the pages as new art will not necessarily be showcased on the first page.  This is due to camera settings and thumbnail sizes.
