Terms of Use

1:
Because our exclusive art work is displayed in
various art galleries and presented as signed
and number prints at various art shows, our
terms of use are not negotiable.
Old
Hippie ArtŠ retains the copyright to ALL
images, photography, digital oils,
landscapes and exclusive art work. You are paying for a license
to use the work, ONLY. The copyright
remains with us and we alone reserve the
right to choose how and when our work is
distributed or used.
Except for slight resizing and feathering,
absolutely NO alterations
may be made to our art work at any time
without our permission. Absolutely NO
animation.
Our
copyright notice MUST
be on OUR art
work and MUST
be linked to our site. You may use the
initials "GB" on the work.
If you purchase any of our art work to
make a web set for your client, our
copyright must remain on the art work and
must be linked to our site from your
client's site. You may NOT
ever place your copyright notice on OUR art
work at any time. This is not negotiable.
You
may use all art work in templates and web
design. You must sell templates that you create with our
art work, NO LINK WARE, NO SIG TAGS ,NO
STATIONARY, NO
SCRAPBOOK LAYOUTS. This is not negotiable!
You may use our art work to create multiple sets.
You
may NOT print our art work and sell it at
art shows or anywhere else on or off the
internet. We alone reserve the right
of distribution. Your only allowed
distribution is in template designs
NONE
of our art work may be redistributed in any way, including sharing it with friends.
This is not fair to those who pay for the
work and violates copyright distribution
laws. None of our art work may be
resold as is. You must make
something with our work before you can re
sell it.
You
may not add our art work to a "graphic
collection" as background art work.
You MAY NOT redistribute our original art
work at any time, anywhere!

All scrap book collections, scrap book papers,
and character collections may be used for
various purposes as long as they are NOT sold
in their raw format or added to any
collection. Pixel artists are not allowed
to purchase images to trace. We require a
text link only on a resource page.
3:
All fantasy purchase ware is exclusive to one
purchaser only. Once purchased, the set
may be used on a personal or commercial
site. No alterations may be made to the
art work, minimal alterations may be made to the
html code. Our linking logo must remain on
the set and must be linked to our site.
